I am a single mother, with an income of 7,200.00 a yr. I would like to own my own Bed & Breakfast of course i do not own my own home. I was hoping to learn information on Government help?

I have a little debt that my fiance doesn’t know about. Its about $4,500 for a consolidation loan, and about $2200 in medicals bills. I am paying $200.00 a month through a debt counseling company for the medical bills. However the consolidation loan is hard to pay. Although it is auto pay through my payroll deduction, (its $65.00 per pay $130.00 per month) it’s also a revolving line-of-credit. Which has revolved itself to the original $4,500 after two years of borrowing. I have a student loan which is $10,200 as well which he knows about and thinks it my only debt besides out monthly utilities. I am worried about our wedding plans and the money we will have to pay for it. We don’t want a huge wedding maybe 50-75 people however we are talking October. My fiance` wonders why I’m so worried about money and stated that this evening he wants to talk about “what we owe” for debt individually to get a better perspective of finances. Should I tell him EVERYTHING???

MY assets are

a home with a fair market value $100,000
Cash savings $5,000

my liabilities:

bank loan secured by my home $150,000
an unsecured bank personal line of $50,000
federal tax $5,000
loan owed to my mother 10,000
visa 5,000 (charges were made in the past 60 days)
2 months alimony owed to my husband 2,000
2 months child support owed to my husband 2,000

I want to consolidate all of my deibt, & take care of some very bad debit, but I don’t own a home & I don’t know, how to go about getting a loan. I would love some advice.

My fiance is wanting to call a Debt Consolidation place or someone that may help him get all his bills together (help him find a few too) and he can make one payment a month to get them ALL paid off. His credit is really bad and has a lot of loans, overdue bills, medical, and a couple lawsuits for a car accident. We have thought about bankruptcy and while that is probably in his best interest (would be cheaper, one lawsuit is $20,000) I just wanted to look at other options he might have especially options that may help his credit look better.

I also have some debt that I would like the same done with. Credit cards and a Verizon cell phone bill (total betweent $4,000-$4,500, haven’t sat down to get a correct amount).

I just want a GOOD company that you can recommend that can help will all of the problems my fiance has and all the bills I have. It needs to be FREE to VERY LITTLE MONEY because we don’t have much. We barely make it on what we have.

Thanks!
