The owner of a small company forged a fellow employees signature on a credit application to get a loan approved for a customer without telling the employee. How would we go about dealing with this owner and what are the results for this forgery?

do banks loan money or do they create money from your signature?

What type of loan is a Sallie Mae Signature Student Loan?

What is a signature loan? I need to borrow money to pay off some bills so is this the type loan I need to apply for?

My thinking ofcourse is that all you need to get the loan is your “signature” and they won’t run any kind of credit report.

It Was Great When I Called Them Back A Month Later And Asked The Branch Manager If I Could Deposit My $27.3 Million Lottery Winnings Check, And Then Took It To Another Bank.
