Can I get a vehicle loan and a personal combined into one loan from the bank?

Does the bank allow you to take out a loan for a vehicle and for a personal loan at once? I have never received a loan from a bank, but I am thinking about it to take care of some old debts and get a new car. The loan would be for about $24,000. I have great credit, so that wouldn’t be an issue. I bank at TierOne.

How can I get into Credit Counseling?

I am interested to learn on how I can get into credit counseling. I would even be willing to complete classes and take a certification exam. Where do I start?
I think some people are misreading my question. I do not need credit counseling. I want to be a budget/credit counselor.

Is it a good idea to consolidate a bunch of small loans into one personal loan?

I have a bunch of small loans ( auto, credit cards, etc) and it’s really annoying keeping track of. Would it be a good idea to apply for a perosnal loan, payoff all my little loans and just have one bill a month instead of 5 that are due at all different times?

What’s the additional cost that needs to be figured into a home loan other than then actual payment?

The mortgage company said they would give me a 7% interest rate, not bad considering my credit is shot. So I punch that into a amortization calculator and get a payment on a $75,000 house at $498.98. Yet, the broker said my payment would be about $705. What else are they figuring in to the payment?
What formula or numbers are the lenders using to give me the rough number? How can I figure the taxes, insurance, etc cost myself so I can get a better number on paper to build my budget around?

Is it smart to combine 2 auto loans into 1?

I have 2 auto loans. The first I owe about $16,000 for the next 3 years and the second I owe about $11,000 for the next 4 years. I want to try and save some money each month by doing this and I am not sure if this is a good idea or not? Also If this is a good option what type of loan would be good? I already have a Home Equity. I guess Personal would be my only other option? Tell me what you think?

Can I get a Mortgage anywhere that can also roll my other loans into it? If so, where? How?

Hello everyone.
I’m 30 years old and I’m looking into buying a house of my own.

My job isn’t perfect. I make $300 a week. I have just over $1000 saved(if need be I can get or borrow whatever more is needed for down payment or closing…

my credit is just below average. I had issues 2 years ago but have been doing well the past 2 years(no bankruptcy’s or defaults, just a messy breakup that caused my credit to drop due to late payments)

I’m not looking for anything fancy. Perhaps a foreclosure or a fixer upper somewhere.

My issue is that last summer I bought a new car. on top of which I have a personal loan. around $14,000 left for the car and $7,000 for the loan.

I know it’s a long shot, and I’m not sure it’s possible so I’m asking here. Can I get a mortgage anywhere, would there be a place that would consider rolling my other loans into the mortgage?

Say I found a house valued at 50k selling for 20k? would anyone grant me a mortgage for 42k under such circumstances?

I’m not looking for anything more than 60k. at most and in my area there are dozens of houses going for 10-20k. their full value and such I have yet to look into, but that is another matter in hand. If I can’t find a house I can’t find a house. step one is making sure that if I find a house I’ll be able to get the house so I don’t waste time or money looking.

Doing calculators even at 7% interest(very high I know) at a 50k mortgage, my payments would be almost half what I’m paying now, and doesn’t even take into account my current rent!

This is something I need, more than anyone can imagine. So, is there a way, or a place or a person or a company that would work with me?

Thank you to any and all answers. :)

Student Loans for people with bad credit that take only to co-signers credit into consideration?

I have bad credit, but need a student loan. Stafford loans only offer $200 because I am on scholarship, but I still need money for books and rent. I have a co-signer with good credit available. Are there any loans that will just look at their information instead of my own?
And where would I find these?

How do they roll taxes into home loans?

My wife and I are young college graduates, and with the falling housing market, home ownership is looking better and better. We live in NW Wisconsin, where a decent home will cost you $115,000 – My question is this; how does the cost of taxes play into this? The average home tax around here is $1500 – $2,000 / year here. Does this mean that our loan of say $100,000 becomes $160,000 ($2k/yr/30yr)
